Base Rental Rates

All events have a 2-hour minimum

(+$50 for each additional hour for all rental packages)

30 minutes of set-up time, and 30 minutes of clean-up time are included before and after all events, with the exception of Play-Space-Only rentals. For example, if you book an event from 1-3pm, you may show up to set up for the event at 12:30pm, and you may stay to clean up until 3:30pm. Your guests, however, are not permitted to arrive during the set-up time, nor stay during the clean-up time.

1. Private Event (private event room + fully-reserved play space)

If you book during open-play hours, the rates are higher due to us needing to cancel our regularly scheduled open play for the public. If you book during open-play hours, you are still getting exclusive access to the event room and play areas, it merely indicates your party would fall during our regularly scheduled open play times.

  • Weekdays (outside of open-play hours): $200/2hrs

  • Weekends (outside of open-play hours): $250/2hrs

  • Weekdays (during open-play hours): $275/2hrs

  • Weekends (during open-play hours): $325/2hrs

2. Non-Private Event (private event room + play space shared with the public)

Only available during open-play hours. Max guest count 20 (including adults, children, and infants). Host rents the event room, but the play space remains open to the public. All children invited to non-private events must be ages 4 and under. 

  • Weekday (during open-play hours) $150/2hrs

  • Weekends (during open-play hours) $200/2hrs

3. Event-Room Only (no play space access- event room access only)

Ideal for meetings, home-school events, classes, or parties that don’t require play. Access through separate entrance. Includes restroom access. The purpose of your event must be thoroughly explained and cleared with Small Talk staff prior to booking.

  • During business hours $100/2hrs

  • Outside of business hours $150/2hrs

4. Play-Space-Only Rental (no access to event room)

Perfect for homeschool groups, parent meetups, or even low-key celebrations that want shared playtime without needing the event room or party setup.

What’s Included:

  • Everything you would normally get during our open plays, but exclusively for your group!

Please Note:

  • This rental does not include the event room, food setup space, private decorations, or the 30-minute set-up and clean-up time.

  • All children must be 4 years of age or under

  • Available outside of open-play hours only

Pricing:

  • Weekdays $150/2hrs

  • Weekends $175/2hrs
